Job Description Summary:
Position is responsible for optimizing planning and scheduling material to meet customer needs. Successful candidate responsible for both supply and demand of a designated portfolio of products. Scope includes analyzing customer demand patterns and optimizing supply chain capability to support customer needs as well as developing inventory strategies balancing service requirements with investment and risk. Above to be accomplished in accordance with established guidelines and using ADI enterprise planning systems and processes.

Role Description:
  • Define, analyze, and track key supply chain metrics and their performance against targets. Root-cause issues and find ways to improve. Present trends and impact to senior management to drive increased productivity and profitability
  • Identify key issues across a broad range of areas and effectively communicate recommendations and findings to executive leadership.
  • Develop solutions, drive change management, manage customer communications, monitor supply chain efficiencies, and manage both long and short-term customer delivery plans
  • Translate business requirements into technical/project deliverables and drive their implementation
Key Skills:
SQL, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Tableau, Qlikview, problem solving mindset, analytic acumen
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3.5 Cumulative GPA
  • B.S. in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or other engineering discipline
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects across geographically distributed teams
